Potato Wedges

Delicious yellow potatoes and mix with italian herbs flavour. Quite simple to make and nice to eat with hot chilli sauce. I baked this in the Oven.

Prep Time : 10 mins
Cook Time : 40 mins
Serves :  2 people

Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 2 
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Italian herbs - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red peppers (optional) 

 Method
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and chop length wise / wedges
  2. In a large bowl add potatoes, olive oil, salt , italian herbs, oregano and pepper powder toss them well
  3. Preheat the oven 400F
  4. Place the potatoes in the parchment paper / cookie sheet
  5. Bake 40-45 mins or until crispy brown
  6. Serve hot sauce
