Kids fav veggie potato ...I adapted this snack / appetizer from the Taco bell menu (Cheesey Potato Fiesta).
I have used my own method to make it. One of the best after school snacks.

Ingredients
- Potato cubes - 2 cups
- Sour cream - 4 tsp
- Cheese - 4 tsp (heat up a sec in microwave)
- Oil - Deep fry
- Corn flour - 4 tsp
- Maida / All purpose flour - 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Baking soda - a pinch
- Pepper powder - a pinch
- Water - 1/4 cup (as per need)
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes evenly
- Mix the batter ingredients and make a medium thick batter
- Heat the oil and add potatoes into batter and deep fry
- Take a serving bowl add fried potatoes and top of pour cheese and on top of cheese pour sour cream
- Serve
