Kesar Rabdi / Rabri

Rabri is a North Indian dessert / sweet. The dessert has a thick milk cream texture with flavor of almonds, pistachios & kesar. I love this dessert as it also gives out a nice aroma while making this. This is one of my favourite indian sweets. There can be lots of variations of Rabdi / Rabri by adding fruits like Mango, Apple etc, in the recipe. Made it & posted this today as it is a special day for me.
