As I had mentioned earlier Paneer Kurma recipe is here.
This was made to be a gravy dish in combination with Broccoli Pulao,
Tangy tomato & Indian Spice Masala mixed with Coconut Milk & Paneer. Very yummy.. Try it
Prep Time : 10 Mins
Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Serves : 2
Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
- Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
- Milk cream - 1 tsp
- Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- kitchen king powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon - 1/2 piece
- Clove - 2
- Ginger + Garlic- 1/2 piece each
- Grind the masala adding little bit of water make a smooth paste
- Take a pan heat oil fry paneer cubes and keep aside
- In the same pan add onions fry till onions turns pink
- Add masala stir fry for few mins then add coconut milk, cream and tomato puree
- Bring to boil for 2 mins. Add chilli powder, kitchen king powder, salt
- Add paneer cubes boil for a minute remove
- Garnish coriander and serve hot.
