Rave Ganji / Semolina Porridge this is quick and wonderful recipe. I would say this is the one of the diet recipes.
My amma (mom) used to prepare this every day after my delivery to aide my diet. This is sort of liquid in texture and not thick like kesari bath / sajjige.
Since this is easy to digest & tasty, this dish helpful for old people (not much to chew) and also it is good for someone sick.

Cooking Time : 5 Min
Serves - 2
Ingredients
- Rave / Simolina - 2 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 3 tsp ( Adjust to taste)
- Cardamom powder / Ealashi / Ealchi - 1/3 tsp
- Roast rava in the small pan
- Take a pot / pan combine milk and water boil
- Add slowly rava
- Then allow to cook rava
- Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well
- Serve hot
