This is a homemade spinach cheese dip. Quick & Easy to make and Delicious dip to have with Pretzels and Chips / Nachos.

- Spinach / Palak leaves - 2 cups. Chopped
- Garlic clove - 2 , crushed
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
- Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup ( i used Philadelphia original cheese)
- Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
- Pre - heat the oven to 350 F. Grease the casserole
- In a hot water thaw the spinach leaves for few mins. Then squeezed out all the water and keep aside
- In a bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan and garlic mix together. Beat the cheese mixture well
- Add spinach and stir, transfer mixture to the casserole . Bake the cheese mixture until the cheese is melted, about 10 mins.
- Serve hot
