Green Chutney | Hari Chutney (Chaat)

Green chutney is used for chaats , sandwiches & pakodas. Very simple to prepare and homemade fresh chutney. Chutney can be refrigerated upto 2-3weeks. 




Prep Time : 10 Mins 

Ingredients 
  • Mint leaves / Pudina - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves / Dhania - 4 cups
  • Green chillies  - 8-10 (adjust to the taste)
  • Sea Salt - 1/2  tbsp (adjust to the taste)
  • Lemon juice / Lime or Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Method



  • Mix all the ingredients and add 1/4 cup of water, grind into a smooth paste in a blender / mixer 
  • Transfer into glass jar and Refrigerate
