This is Karnataka's popular food. This is a side dish.
Ingedients
Vegetables - (Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot, Potato, Capsicum) 1/4 cup each
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 3 no (More spicy add more chillies)

Salt - 2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
Ginger - 1 tsp (or a small piece)
Garlic - 1 tsp (or 4 no clove)
Hurkadle / Dhalia - 2 tbsp

Lavang / Clove - 2 - 3
Dhalchini / Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
Tomato - 1, chopped
Onion - 1, chopped
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/3 cup
Method

Method
- Grind above ingredients except Vegetables make a smooth paste. Cook vegetables & keep aside
- Heat pan add oil then add mustard seeds allow to splutter/pops
- Add the masala puree to the pan sauté for 2 mins.
- Add cooked vegetables, salt Stir / mix the gravy and boil for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with Puri / Chapati or Dosa
