- Plain Boondi -1 cup
- Corinader leaves - 1 tsp, chopped
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt / Curds - 2 cups
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Beat yogurt/curds, red chilli powder, chat masala, salt coriander leaves mix together
- Heat 1 cup water till warm
- Add boondi in a colander and pour the warm water, drain
- Mix boondi in to the curds and keep in refrigerator for an hour
