Apple Custard

Ingredients


Apples - 4 (Finely chopped)
Custard powder - 2 tsp
Whole Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 4 tsp

Method


  • Boil Milk on the low flame
  • Take a small bowl mix 3 tsp of milk and custard powder well paste
  • Pour it on the boiling milk slowly stirring continusly, Cosistency is medium thick
  • Lastly add sugar boil for few minutes, switch off the hob
  • Cool it thoroughly and keep it in the refrigerator for few hours
  • Mix apples and serve chillied

Thank you so much! It's interesting: I recently went to a party and an Indian girl brought something very similar (with pineapple instead of apple). They told me it's a very typical dessert in India.. it's really good!

Seeing this takes me back to childhood. One of the desserts well i think most of the time my mom made this, when it was banana season she did with it, when we had pineapple in the garden she did with that too, with apples it was just once in a while as she said apples are expensive
