Mango Kulfi is the dessert in summer / hot weather. Simple recipe with minimal ingredients. Kulfi is the traditional indian ice cream and many ways to prepare and also makes various flavours , mainly put in cone type of moulds. I used candy / pop moulds.

Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Mango puree - 1 cup
- Milk powder / Mawa powder - 1 cup
- Milkmaid or Condensed milk - 1 cup
- Saffron strands - few
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Take a heavy bottom pan. Add milk bring to boil on low flame
- Then add slowly condensed milk and milk powder , stir
- Cook for few mins until it becomes thick then add saffron and cardamom powder
- Remove from the flame cool little bit then add mango puree stir , mix well
- Pour into kulfi moulds and place it in the freezer for few hours
- Unmould the kulfi placing it under the tap water. Pull the stick and serve
