Ingredients
Cucumber - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chooped)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Grated Coconut - 2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1/2 stalk
Green chillies - 2/3(finely chopped)
Method
In a Pan mix tomato,cucumber, salt, coconut, yogurt / curds.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chanadal, green chillies, curry leaves fry for few minutes and mix this to cucumber. Keep refrigerator.
serve chilled
