Healthy paratha. Instead of cauliflower(gobi) I used broccoli. A Unique healthy dish for kids lunch box.

Ingredients for Broccoli Masala
- Broccoli - 1 lb
- Red Onions - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes - 1 , small size
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 pinches
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Ajwain / Carom seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp(optional)
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Wheat flour - 3 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Take a large bowl and mix together all the ingredients with enough water and make a thick dough.
- Knead the dough well and keep for 15 minutes.
- Cook the broccoli florets and potatoes in a pan with 1 cup of water. Drain the water (do not discard the water use someother dish)
- Mash the potatoes and broccoli in the potato masher
- Chop onions finelly (minced)
- Take a pan add oil, then add onions fry for few mins. Then add mashed veggies
- Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, carom powder, turmeric powder
- Mix well and remove from the flame. Cool it
- Divide the stuffing into 10 balls and roll out each ball into rounds of equal size
- Put 1 or 2 tablespoons of the stuffing inthe centre of each paratha and lightly fold on all the sides
- Roll out again with the help of maida flour
- Put the paratha on a tava (griddle) and cook for few minutes, turn over on the other side and cook again until brown spots. On both sides apply little ghee or oil
- Repeat for the remaining parathas and stuffing
