We roast Thatte idlis like this when we have leftover idlis. Tastes so good and looks good too!:)
I usually cut idlis and shallow fry them. This is much easier and looks nice.
we do the same. tastes better when roasted in coconut oil

One of our friends had told me about this..but never tried still
This is one of my all time favorite dish. So crunchy and yummy!
