More Kolamb / Buttermilk Sambar

- Cucumber - 2 cups
- Vegetables ( Cucumber OR Behndi OR Palak OR White Pumkin)
- Green chillies - 3 to 4
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dalia split - 1/2 cup
- Yogurt / Curds - 2 Cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Asafodia a pinch
Method
For the paste :
- Green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Dalia split
- Turmeric powder
- Asafodia
- Water
- Make Masala in the mixer
- Take a pan and cook the cucumber with a little bit of water and salt
- Add masala to the cooked cucumber and salt, bring into boil for few minutes
- Allow it to cool completely
- Add Curds / Yogurt & stir well
Serve with Rice

BTW naanu nambde hebbar iyengar taleek pandre aanaka yenke limited varieties maatro varna. Ungde blog paati innmele variety pandre
