Ingredients
- Vegetables like beans, carrots, green peas, potato, cauliflower, capsicum
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Cinnamon sticks - 2 pieces
- Cardamom - 1
- Red Chillies - 5 to 6
- Dhania /Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 2 tsp
- Cloves - 2 to 3
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Boil the vegetable till it is done
- Fry Redchillies, Cloves, Chana dal, Dhania, Cinnamon sticks,Cardamom for few minutes
- Grind Coconut and all fried items adding little bit of water make a thick paste
- Take a pan add boiled vegetables
- Add grind masala to the vegetables to adding 1/2 cup water
- Add salt cook for few minutes
- Garnish coriander leaves
