METHI PARATHA

Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour / atta
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup fenugreek (methi leaves) cleaned & finely chopped
- Water to knead
Method
- Mix all ingredients
- Add water and knead the dough to a big lump
- Make small lumps and roll it as a round thin pancake
- Take a frying pan and heat it on low flame
- Smear some oil on the frying pan and fry the pancake
Serve hot with some pickle and curds
