Ingredients
- 6 Pav (buns)
- Butter to shallow fry
- Potatoes - 4 (boiled and mashed)
- Butter - 2 tbsp + Oil - 2 tbsp (butter for more)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsbp
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/4 cup (optional)
- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Pavbhaji masala - 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Onion finely chopped
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Small pieces of lemon
- Peepl and boil poatoes and mash them
- In a large kadai add butter and oil then add onions, ginger garlic paste stir fry till onions done
- Add tomato puree stir and cook until oil seperates
- Add pav bhaji masala powder, red chilli powder and salt
- Stir and add water bring to boil
- Add mashed potatoes and peas mix well until it blends well
- Then add a teaspoon of butter
- Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice
- Slit pavs horizontally leaving one edge attached.
- Preheat griddle, grease butter and roast pavs (just like bread) on both the sides

I love Pav Bhajis, never got a chance to make it, but i will surely try it someday:)
