JEERA RICE

Ingredients
- Basamati Rice - 2 cups
- Jeera seeds (cumin seeds) - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 2 tsp
- Onions - 1 (lengthwise chopped)
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and soak rice for half an hour
- Place it in to a Rice cooker till done
- Heat oil and ghee in wok
- Add jeera seeds and cashews till golden
- Add onions stirfry till golden switch off the hob
- Add rice, peas and salt mix well
Serve rice with Dal fry / Any Curry
